Nitin – Would like to share my appreciation with you for the wonderful session I have had under your tutelage in Polaris Software Labs
The training session was related to Program Management – Best practices. It was a 3 day training programme.
Your training program was very relevant for all those who are already performing the role of Project Manager and are looking towards handling complex projects or projects that have multiple dependencies and interactions with other similar projects of systems
Your training program, enabled us to understand the need to pay greater attention to details while performing the scope finalization tasks. It taught us some finer aspects in scope finalization thru mock up sessions and training games.
It also threw greater visibility on the importance of stakeholder management and introduced us (especially me) to some better ways of managing and tracking various stakeholders in terms of their degree of influence in the project.
On an overall, your training program, had been a refreshing course for all such project managers, who by the sheer enormity of their work keep doing tasks in way that were traditionally cumbersome. Your training session definitely enabled me to look at more efficient ways of handling PM tasks in my subsequent projects.
